A Meditative Soundscape for Healing and Relaxation

Join Mike Reed of Soundquest for a unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest and receive healing vibrations while immersing in a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Steel Tongue Drums and more.

What to expect: You will be laying down on your back for up to 90 minutes, so please bring your own mat, a cushion/pillow for head support, a blanket (if desired) & an eye pillow/covering. We’ll provide bolsters.

Mike Reed is a musician and sound healing practitioner. His love of drumming and percussion led Mike to study at the Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles, and over the last several years he has studied counselling, personal development, life coaching, and has completed a Shamanic Apprenticeship. Mike’s ongoing journey of self-improvement and exploration of personal development methods has allowed him to synthesize his musicianship and spiritual practice to hold a space of healing and relaxation.
