This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility and postural stability, bringing balance to body and mind. It focuses on the hips, core, and back through targeted poses and movements essential for balance and alignment. We will also incorporate breathing and meditation exercises to help regulate the nervous system and calm the mind. This balanced approach enhances physical health while supporting mental well-being.
