Refine the alignment of foundational postures to stabilize, strengthen and stretch your body. In this class we focus on poses for the glutes and thighs, like Warrior 1 and Warrior 3. When your body is warm, you will then be guided into a deep hip release.
Recommended Props: Mat, 2 hard blocks are recommended.
