Hippity-Doo-Dah! Yin Yoga
If I had a dime for every time I heard “there’s something going on with my hips…..” or “my hips feel a little wonky this morning….” I would be a rich man. It seems like we all have “something” going on with our hips from time to time. If your hips need a bit of TLC then this is your practice. A slow-moving guided experience with lots of options for everyone. Props would be helpful but aren’t necessary.
