In November Chris, Alissa and Karen put together a partner yoga demonstration at Lululemon’s Coquitlam store. It was a new endeavor for us – we practiced some acroyoga and tapped into our creativity to combine Hatha postures into 2- and 3-person combined poses. Apart from being a lot of fun, it tested out strength and balance as we learned how to suspend Alissa and pass her back and forth. Admittedly she got dropped a lot during rehearsals but we managed to keep her in the air on the actual day.
