Join Leo for two workshops for Yoga Teachers and Teachers in Training who are looking to add more skills to their toolbox. Classes that are well themed often leave students inspired and uplifted. Intelligently sequenced classes help students access poses more deeply, and even new ones never done before, in a safe and educational way.
You will learn:
Art of Theming
- to theme with an authentic voice that relates to your students
- a method of enquiry that will help you easily formulate a story that supports your theme
- to weave your theme and your sequence together to create inspiring classes
- to overcome emotional and mental roadblocks that prevent you from being fully self expressed
