Introduction to Sanskrit
Whether you are a practitioner of Yoga or just a curious spiritual seeker, learn the meaning of Sanskrit Yoga poses (asanas), mantras, shlokas, chakras and other Yogic terms with correct pronunciation and transliteration. This systematic yet informal study session will help you get a better understanding of the language beyond textbook translation.

The primordial sounds – naada, represented by OM, reverberate in synchronous vibration with everything in the universe.
