Arm balances and inversions are exhilarating, challenging and ultimately allow you to explore a deep realm of inner strength in a beautiful outward expression. With Pedro, you will learn how to approach these postures and sustain these postures. Beginners will be given step-by-step options to learn the poses. Intermediate and advanced practitioners will learn new entries and variations. Come with a sense of inquiry and leave with a feeling of freedom!
