December 19th & 20th - the kids will burn off some holiday excitement while you get your errands done!
The Kids Yoga Mini-Camp is an opportunity for children to connect to themselves and others through yoga, games, art and music – giving parents some much needed time before Christmas to have a moment to also connect at their own yoga class, get those errands complete and some much needed time!
Please bring a packed lunch and clothing you can move in and be prepared to have fun!
