Kids Yoga Camp in August

Explore creativity through yoga, songs, art and nature. This week long summer camp will have children connecting – to nature, to their bodies, to their imagination and to others!

Through yoga, songs, games and art, kids will learn how to find peace, gain strength, confidence and body awareness, and have fun! We will explore different themes each day, with a fun family class time at the end of the week for friends and family.

Activities will include yoga poses inspired by nature and animals, breathing techniques, art activities, yoga games, nature walks, songs, dance and journaling.
