Mindfulness Meditation #41 • Make Nothing of These Thoughts
Thoughts are like threads, coming into consciousness as if they are discreet “things”. Our mind seeks to weave them together, to make sense of our experience, to orient ourselves, to make meaning. Though these actions of mind serve the development our lives, what suffers is the ability to see reality clearly through the woven threads, through our personal patterning. In this meditation, we try to gentle make nothing beautiful, nothing sensible, of these thoughts.
