Learn how to truly listen to what your inflamed tummy is trying to tell you so that you can give it exactly what it needs to heal. Leave with a 3 Day Meal Plan to kick start your digestive healing journey.

PART 2 – Digestive Repairing Protocols

Saturday February 2nd, 1pm – 3pm

In this session we dive deep into digestively healing protocols, determining your gut triggers with zero doubt and eliminating inflammation in your tummy, body and beautiful brain.

PART 3 – Powerfully Healing Foods

Saturday February 16th, 1pm – 3pm

Food can inflame our bellies and food can powerfully heal it. From broths to fermented foods, learn how to prepare and easily include gut healing foods into your meals. Samples included!

Part 4 – Yoga for Gut Health

Saturday February 23rd, 1pm – 3pm

When it comes to digestive healing the gut brain connection MATTERS and is essential for healing. We start the workshop with a 30 min talk on the incredible bond between our tummies and our mind followed by a restorative yoga class.

About Heather Woodruff

I’m Heather Woodruff, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and it is my mission to change the way health of lovely humans with IBS is ‘managed’. I have supported many clients through deep digestive healing so that they can leave their IBS in the past and live an unrestricted life of their wildest dreams.

Over a decade ago I was painfully bloated and running to the bathroom 8+ times a day. Any test that was done kept coming back normal and the doctor finally shrugged and said ‘it must be IBS’ then sent me on my way as there was nothing he could do. So I made a choice; this was not going to be my forever. I got the help I needed and gave my body exactly what it needed to heal.

This empowerment lead me to earn a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition.

I am a first class honors graduate from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, which allowed me to obtain 3 nutrition designations: CNP (Certified Nutritional Practitioner) RNCP (Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner) and ROHP (Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner). That’s a whole mouthful so lately I have been going by simply; Digestion Guru.

For several years I worked at a government funded Supportive Cancer Care Centre, working with some of the most digestively compromised people due to illness and treatment. This allowed me to truly understand the gut and realize its amazing capacity to heal when strongly supported.

Now I work with lovely free spirited women to find their unique way of eating that’s delicious and gives their body the time and space for deep digestive healing, because your painful, cramped, bloated belly does not need to be YOUR forever.
